IAAF renamed as World Athletics:

The International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) has been officially renamed as World Athletics. IAAF, the sport`s international governing body, also changed the name of its Twitter handle and the URL of its official website. The name change had been suggested in a bid to make the sport more accessible.

International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF):

IAAF was established on 17 July 1912. When it was founded, the name it had was International Amateur Athletic Federation. It was then changed to the International Association of Athletics Federations in 2001. The headquarters of IAAF is located in Monaco. IAAF has 215 member federations. The Current President of IAAF is Sebastian Coe. The CEO of IAAF is Jon Ridgeon.

Chris Lynn scored the highest ever individual score in the T10 format:

Australian batter Chris Lynn scored the highest-ever individual score in the T10 format on 18 November at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. He scored while playing for Maratha Arabians in the ongoing third edition of the Abu Dhabi T10 League. He scored 91 against 30 balls in the match against Bengal Tigers.

The previous record for the highest individual score in T10 was set by England batsman Alex Hales. He struck a score of 87 from 32 balls.

Chris Lynn:

Lynn has played 41 Indian Premier League (IPL) matches for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), in which he has scored 1280 runs at a strike rate above 140. Lynn will now be available for the auction for IPL 2020 scheduled to be held on 20 December in Kolkata.

Bhaker, Elavenil, Divyansh won gold in the ISSF World Cup Final: 
 
Indian shooters Manu Bhaker, Elavenil Valarivan, and Divyansh Panwar won gold medals in their respective events in the ISSF World Cup Final on 21 November. India is currently on top of the list with three gold medals, followed by China. 
♦ Manu Bhaker clinched gold with a junior world record in the women`s 10m air pistol event. She shot 244.7 to win the medal in the International Shooting Sport Federation (ISSF).
♦ Elavenil claimed the top honours in the women`s 10m air rifle competition at the World Cup final. Elavenil shot a score of 250.8 to clinch the medal.
♦ Divyansh finished on top in the men`s 10 air rifle competition. He secured a final score of 250.1.
 
2019 ISSF World Cup:
 
The ISSF World Cup 2019 is the annual edition of the ISSF World Cup in the Olympic shooting events. The event is governed by the International Shooting Sport Federation. The final event is held in Putian, China from 17-23 November 2019.
