Fund released by Prime Ministers Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP):

In the name of the Prime Minister`s Jobs Generation Program (PMEGP), the Ministry of MSME, the Government of India, has alerted the general public and potential entrepreneurs against cheating.
 
Highlights:
♦ The PMEGP is a scheme introduced in 2008 for the central sector. The Ministry of Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) manages it.
♦ The PMEGP programme is being introduced by the KVIC (Khadi and Village Industries Commission) at the national level. It is the key cortical unit for the execution of the Programme.
♦ The Scheme is implemented by lenders, District Industries Centres (DICs), State KVIC Directorates and Khadi State and Village Industries Boards (KVIBs) at the state level.
♦ Individuals over the age of 18, Self Help Groups (SHGs), Cooperative Societies involved in the establishment, and establishments enrolled under the 1860 Societies Registration Act are eligible for benefits under this programme. When setting up the undertaking, there is no pay wall. 
♦ New units, units that have benefited from government appropriations under either state or central government plans, are given assistance separately; existing units are not eligible for PMEGP subsidies.
♦ At least 75 activities will be awarded to each region to achieve the nation`s comprehensive growth. 
♦ Physically challenged, a higher rate of appropriation is qualified for OBC, SC / STs, ladies, northeastern local candidates in rural regions. 
 
Five Year Completion of One Rank One Pension:
 
Through the One Rank One Pension (OROP) scheme, which was announced 5 years earlier in 2015, the Union government has allocated more than Rs. 42,700 crore to 20.6 lakh resigned defence workers.
 
Highlights: 
♦ OROP provides uniform benefits to be given to military officials in similar situations for a term of service of similar duration, regardless of the actual of the date of retirement. 
♦ OROP reveals that any issues can be fixed at periodic intervals between staff members retirees` pension rates.
♦ Prior to OROP, ex-servicemen used to claim compensation when they retired, according to the Pay Committee`s decisions.
♦ The most prominent number of OROP recipients is found in Uttar Pradesh and Punjab. Military personnel who have retired are covered by it until 30 June 2014. 
♦ The plan`s implementation focused on the Koshiyari board `s proposal, a 10-part all-party parliamentary board framed under Bhagat Singh Koshiyari `s presidency. 
♦ The decision to update the OROP was taken in November 2015 by a submission, the benefit being convincing as of July 2014. This has been a long-standing interest of the nation`s retired servicemen.
♦ Under this Order, military personnel resigned before 30.06.2014 were covered. OROP means that any soldier who resigns in a similar role earns a similar pension, irrespective of his retirement date.
