Vijayawada,Jan 10 In Andhra Pradesh, the Group-2 job recruitment application has been extended. The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) released a notification stating that the submission of applications has been extended until midnight on January 17. The release also mentions that the group has completed the scrutiny of applications received from candidates and has released the details of eligible candidates on its official website. Candidates are advised to submit their applications by the specified deadline. The preliminary examination for the recruitment is scheduled to take place on February 25, and there is no mention of any changes in the schedule.

Vijayawada,Dec 21 AP PSC (Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission) has started accepting online applications for Group-2 posts from December 21 to January 10. Hence, the Candidates are invited to submit their test center location(including Hyderabad) options afresh before 20 th April 2022 in the link provided (from 13/04/2022) without fail. The candidates shall invariably choose the test centre and post preferences through the link, without reference to their options in the application form.

Test Center allocation will be on first come first serve basis.

A candidate shall indicate his/her option for three locations, in the order of priority. No request for change of Centre of Examination will be considered later under any circumstances. Hence, the candidates should select the 3 locations carefully and indicate the same correctly via the edit option given now.

The Commission will endeavor to accommodate the candidates in centers opted by them. Any candidate who has not opted for location preference using the edit option now shall be allotted to a test center randomly as per capacity available.

However, the Commission reserves the right to cancel any Centre and ask the candidates of that centre to appear at another centre due to administrative reasons. Commission also reserves the right to divert candidates from one centre to another centre before the examination.

Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has given the go-ahead for a massive recruitment drive in the medical and health departments to fill 14,200 positions in order to provide better services to the people. On 24th Sept, the Chief Minister held a review meeting on medical, health, Covid-19, and vaccination issues at his camp office in Tadepalli. Jagan directed officials to fill vacant positions spanning from primary health care centres (PHCs) to teaching hospitals, and instructed them to begin the recruitment process should start from October 1 and be completed by November 15.

According to Jagan Mohan Reddy, the recruitment of 14,200 hospital positions spanning from PHCs and medical colleges to teaching hospitals should begin on October 1 and be completed by November 15. He directed officials to ensure that there is no staff shortage in hospitals, stating that despite the state governments huge investment in hospital construction, a lack of staff in hospitals had become a major concern that needed to be addressed. He directed officials to take steps to ensure the highest level of medical quality in government hospitals.
