AP NEET Merit List

Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, NTRUHS Vijayawada has invited online application for admission into Undergraduate Medical, Dental, ISM & H Courses available under Competent Authority Quota in Government, Private Unaided Non-Minority and Minority Medical, Dental Colleges, ISM & H under Dr. NTRUHS, Vijayawada and also for MBBS course in Sri Padmavathi Medical College for Women (under SVIMS), Tirupati for the Academic Year 2019-20.

The eligible candidates who desire to take admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS BNYS & BUMS Courses in Government & Private Institutions can apply through online for determining the merit position for Competent Authority quota seats in respective categories in the website apmedadm.ntruhs.ap.gov.in.

Eligibility Criteria for AP NEET Counselling 2019

Candidates must qualify NEET 2019 to be considered eligible for the counselling process. In order to qualify for NEET 2019 exam candidates must secure the minimum required percentile which can be checked in the table given below

  1. Candidates should be Indian National or PIO/OCI card holder.
  2. Candidates should satisfy the local & non-local status in AP state.
  3. Candidates should secure the cut-off score in NEET examination prescribed by the authority.
  4. No request for age relaxation of a candidate will be entertained.
  5. The state quota seats will be given to the candidates who have a valid domicile of AP state.
  6. Candidates from Andhra Pradesh are not eligible for 15% All India Quota seats situated outside AP which allotted through NEET counselling. They are only eligible to get seats into AFMC, Pune on the basis of 15% All India Quota.
  7. Candidates, those not have a domiciled (born in the state) in AP but live in the state for a while, they can apply for AIQ along with self-declaration form.
  8. These candidates will not be eligible to apply any one of the medical/dental colleges in Andhra Pradesh.
  9. Candidates who have already applied for Convenor Quota Seats (Category – A), they are also eligible for the management quota seats, but they have to apply afresh.

AP NEET Counselling Fees

Candidates belonging to OC & BC category need to pay Rs. 3540 (Including GST) plus bank charges extra. Candidates belonging to SC/ST category are required to pay Rs.2950 (Including GST) plus Bank charges extra.

Note 1: Candidates should note that once the fee is paid, it will not be refunded under any circumstances. Note 2:Candidates need to keep the following documents ready for filling online application.

Documents Required FOR AP NEET Counselling

Candidates who qualify the NEET UG counselling process will be allocated with a college. It is mandatory for the students to report to the college within the time limit. Also, at the time of the reporting, candidates are required to carry the important documents as per the instructions. We are mentioning the list of the required documents for your reference.

  1. Admit Card of NEET UG - 2019
  2. Rank card of NEET UG-2019
  3. SSC or equivalent examination showing the Date of Birth
  4. Memorandum of marks of qualifying examination in Intermediate or Equivalent examination. (e) Transfer certificate
  5. Study Certificate(s) from 6th class to Intermediate.
  6. In case candidates studied in the institutions outside the state of Andhra Pradesh, a residence certificate of the candidate or either of the parents issued by MRO / Tahsildar. (excluding study period outside the state) for a period of 10 years (years of period to be specified).
  7. In case candidates claiming eligibility of reservation under Special categories should furnish the required certificate in support of their claim
  8. Permanent Caste Certificate (Integrated Community Certificate) claiming reservation under BC/SC/ST Categories issued by an Officer prescribed
  9. In case claiming fee exemption, the latest Income certificate of the Parent issued by MRO / Tahsildar or white ration card.
  10. Aadhar Card
  11. Minority certificate issued by Minorities Welfare Department, Government of AP

Important Instructions to Candidates:



  • Do not use mobiles and tablets to Apply.
  • Use only computers with Internet Explorer – 11 version, Google Chrome, Mozilla,Firefox (latest version) to fill the application form.
  • Do not select or enter false information which can be liable for Criminal Action.
  • Avoid using slow internet facility.
  • Keep your mobile with you while Applying and do not block SMS.
  • The Registration number sent to the registered mobile number after entering the basic details should be noted for further use. It should be kept confidentially and not to disclose to others.

Verification of Original Certificates:

The candidate should paste a passport size photograph which is similar to that applied for NEET-UG 2019 in the space provided in the print out of online application form and submit at the time of original certificates verification along with the three sets of attested copies of required certificates at the centers notified by the University at the time of original certificates verification.

Note:The candidature of the applicant will not be considered for admission to MBBS/BDS courses unless the print-out application form along with the requisite enclosures is submitted at the time of verification of original certificates.
  • Candidates obtaining higher marks in Biology (Botany & Zoology) in the Test.
  • Candidates obtaining higher marks in Chemistry in the Test.
  • Candidates with less number of attempted wrong answers in all the subjects in the Test.
  • Candidates older in age to be preferred.

MERIT LIST FOR COUNSELLING UNDER 15% ALL INDIA QUOTAS

The merit list of the eligible and successful candidates who have opted for 15% All India quota seats will be prepared by the NTA on the basis of score obtained in the NEET (UG) - 2019. The list of successful candidates shall be forwarded to the Directorate General of Health Services (Medical Examination Cell), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India for the purpose of allotment of seats by Online Counselling to 15% All India Quota Seats.

MERIT LIST FOR SEATS OTHER THAN 15% ALL INDIA QUOTA

  1. NTA will provide All India Rank. Result will be given to the DGHS, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt of India to provide the same to the Admitting Authorities.
  2. Admitting Authorities will invite applications for Counselling and merit list shall be drawn based on All India Rank by the Admitting Authorities subject to their applicable rules.
  3. The admitting/counselling authorities will draw merit list of the candidates in the respective categories declared by the candidates at the time of applying for admission/counselling based on State rules.

COUNSELLING FOR SEATS UNDER 15% ALL INDIA QUOTA, CENTRAL INSTITUTIONS INCLUDING AFMC, ESI, BHU, AMU AND DEEMED UNIVERSITIES:
Online counselling would be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee of the Directorate General of Health Services. Information for online counselling would only be available on Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) website (www.mcc.nic.in). Qualified candidates are advised to read the counselling related information carefully and understand the course of action to be taken by them for appearing in the Counselling. COUNSELLING AND ADMISSION OTHER THAN 15% ALL INDIA SEATS:

Candidates wishing to apply for admission in State Medical Colleges/Universities/Institutions using merit list of NEET (UG) - 2019 shall follow the instructions of the State Government and/or authorities of the Medical/Dental colleges/Institution/University concerned for counselling.
Counselling for Private Medical Colleges (except Deemed) will be with the respective State Governments.
The admitting/counselling authorities will draw merit list of the candidates in the respective categories declared by the candidates at the time of applying for admission/counselling. The NTA will not make any change in candidates? data after the opportunity for the same is given. In no case, the change of data submitted by candidate in the online application form shall be made by NTA, after declaration of result.
