INTRODUCTION

A full-time 3 years position as postdoctoral research fellow is available at in the research group of Professor Hedvig Nordeng and Senior Scientist Robert Lyle at the School of Pharmacy. Norwegian applicants can apply for this fellowship.

  • Applicants must hold a PhD degree or other corresponding education equivalent to a Norwegian doctoral degree with epigenetics. The preferred candidate has research experience with large birth cohorts and health registries. Interest and experience with interdisciplinary work, public dissemination and knowledge about the Norwegian health care system is an advantage.
  • The research fellow should be able to work independently and structured, while at the same time engage in close collaborations.
  • We offer broad training possibilities within a stimulating academic environment. We also offer overseas research collaboration with possibilities to spend up to 6 months during the post doc abroad.
