Applications are invited for Strathclyde Chancellors Fellowships for the 2017-2018 academic year. International applicants are eligible to apply for these fellowships. Strathclyde is a leading international technological university focused on delivering excellent teaching and world-class research and known for forging strong collaborative links with industry, government, business and the third sector. Challenging conventional wisdom has been fundamental to the Universitys ethos for over 200 years. To apply students must hold a PhD and have postdoctoral research experience, with an emerging publication track record in high-quality academic journals or equivalent. Their research interests should align with the identified strategic priority areas of the University.

Must have a PhD and have postdoctoral research experience . Should have an emerging publication track record in high-quality academic journals . Research interests should align with the identified areas of strategic priority University encourages applications from candidates: . Who already hold external fellowships . Have a strong alignment to our focus . Are able to transfer their existing fellowship to Strathclyde. Nationality: International applicants are eligible to apply for these fellowships.

College Admission Requirement Entrance Requirements: To apply you must hold a PhD and have postdoctoral research experience, with an emerging publication track record in high-quality academic journals or equivalent. Your research interests should align with the identified strategic priority areas of the University. English language Requirements: The University accepts a number of English language tests as proof of proficiency in English. IELTS is the most widely available, and our current standard requirements are: IELTS (Academic): 6.5 overall (no individual band less than 5.5).

PAY PACKAGE

Salary: . Appointments for Fellow will usually be made on the Lecturer scale (�£34,956 - �£48,327). This is for an initial period of five years. . In exceptional cases, we may make an appointment of a Fellow on the Senior Lecturer salary scale (�£49,772 - �£55,998).
