Students who have secured the top position in 12th standard in their respective boards (General Secondary Education Certificate Examination of Ministry of Education, UAE or CBSE-India or any other State, National or International Board) are given a merit scholarship of 50% of the first year tuition fee. The overall aggregate of the candidate must be a minimum of 90% in the qualifying examination to avail this scholarship.

i.Students who have obtained 95% or above in the aggregate of the Qualifying Examination are given a merit scholarship of 40% of first year tuition fee.

ii. Students who have obtained 90% or above but less than 95% in the aggregate of the Qualifying Examination are given a merit scholarship of 25% of the first year tuition fee.

iii. Students who have obtained 80% or above but less than 90% in the aggregate of the Qualifying Examination are given a merit scholarship of 15% of the first year tuition fee.

iii. Students who have obtained 70% or above but less than 80% in the aggregate of the Qualifying Examination are given a merit scholarship of 10% of the first year tuition fee.

Admitted Candidates who have obtained 70% or above in the aggregate of the Qualifying Examination will be offered a 25% concession in the Hostel fee for the normal duration of the programme (four years). Candidates availing this concession will not be eligible for hostel fee concession under any other category.

Admitted candidates with BITSAT 2021 (or BITSAT 2020) score of 200 or above will be eligible for the following merit scholarship for first year of Academic Year 2021 - 22, depending on the score secured in BITSAT

The above scholarship is applicable for first year only (Academic year 2021-22) and subsequently, the students will be eligible for the merit scholarship of the institute as mentioned under Sl.No.2 below.

*Students availing this scholarship will not be eligible for any other Scholarship/Concession in the first year

Admitted Candidates with BITSAT 2021 (or BITSAT 2020) score of 150 or above will be offered a 25% concession in the Hostel fee for the normal duration of the programme (four years). Candidates availing this concession will not be eligible for hostel fee concession under any other category.

Students with a CGPA of 9.00 or above on a 10.00 scale at the end of previous semester will be given a merit scholarship of 20% of tuition fee for the current semester for the normal duration of the programme.

Meritorious GCC / Arab Nationals may be offered a concession of up to 75% on the tuition fee for the normal duration of the programme (8 Semesters) based on their performance in the qualifying examination (Grade 12 or equivalent) and continuity of a minimum CGPA of 6.00 on a 10.00 scale during the programme. These concessions will be restricted to specific number of students.

The Institute helps such students by waiving off 100% tuition fee for a semester for those students who face financial hardships due to the sudden and untimely demise of the sole earning member of their family in that semester. A concession of up to 75% can be offered in the subsequent semesters, on a case to case basis, depending on means and need.

All physically challenged students satisfying the conditions laid out are given a 15% concession on the tuition fee throughout the programme subject to satisfactory academic performance in each semester.

For families that have more than one child enrolled concurrently, a concession of 25% on the tuition fee is offered to the second child until the first child graduates.
