Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship 2020-21: The Minority Scholarship is a scholarship scheme started by the central government for increasing the education ratio in minority community students. Under the Ministry of Minority Affairs - MOMA Scholarship Scheme, students from Muslim, Sikh, Christian, Buddhist, Jain and Parsi minority communities can avail the Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship 2020-21 for vocational and technical courses.
The winners of these National Minority Scholarships receive a scholarship amount of up to Rs. 20,000 per year. The Government of India offers 60,000 scholarships under Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship 2020 for technical or vocational courses at the undergraduate or postgraduate level. About Scholarship-:
Under the MOMA scheme, the merit-cum-means scholarship is started for the students wishing to pursue professional or technical courses at the undergraduate or postgraduate level. Scholarship amount up to Rs 20,000 is given to the selected students. Under this National Minority Scholarship, the family income of applicants should not exceed Rs 2.5 lakh. Also, applicants should score at least 50% marks in their last final examination so that they can be eligible for this minority scholarship.
Scholarship Amount-:
Students selected for these Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship will receive financial support for the entire course in the form of admission, course/tuition fees, and maintenance allowances. Maintenance allowance is given to students for 10 months in an academic year. The details of scholarship amounts are given below:

Note - 85 prestigious premier institutes have been listed under Merit-cum-Means Scholarships for vocational and technical courses. Selected students from hese institutions are eligible for reimbursement of the full course fee.
