The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), Freie Universit�¤t Berlin, Germany invites applications for Graduate School Scholarship Program (GSSP) to research in humanities and social sciences is unique in Germany. Freie Universit�¤t provides targeted support for young researchers.
No of scholarships: two doctoral scholarships
COURSE AND ELIGIBILITY
Eligibilities:
Highly qualified graduates from the academic fields of Central and East Asian Archaeology, Central Asian studies, Iranian studies, Turkology
Applicants must hold an outstanding Masters degree, or equivalent degree, in one of the aforementioned subjects or be very close to completion
Applicants who are not German citizens
Applicants who have not resided in Germany continuously for longer than 12 months as of the application deadline
Last final exam (M A) should have taken place no longer than 5 years and 9 months ago
