About NIPHM:
In order to bestow greater functional flexibility, and broader reach in delivery against the emerging challenges in the field of Plant Health Management, a very crucial area for enhancing our country`s agricultural production, the Department of Agriculture & Cooperation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Govt. of India had taken a decision for transforming this Institute into an autonomous body vide resolution F. No. 20-62/2007-PP I dated 13th October,2008.

Educational Qualification:
1.A First or high second class Bachelor Degree (having studies 10+2+3 pattern). Preferable in commerce from recognized university or equivalent. Or Master Degree preferably in Commerce from recognized university or equivalent. Or qualified Chartered Accountant.
2.Six years work experience (in case of Degree Holders) in accounts work of which at least four years in responsible supervisory/administrative position. Or four years work experience (in case of Post Graduates) in accounts work of which at least two years in a responsible supervisory/administrative position. No Experience is required in case of qualified Chartered Accountants. DESIRABLE: Should be conversant with the government rules and regulations/ office procedures pertaining to the budget preparation, accounts and audit.

The applications in prescribed proforma (through proper channel in case of Central/State Governments/Universities/Recognized Research Institutions/PSUs/Statutory Semi-governments or Autonomous organizations candidates) should be sent is sealed cover superscribed as “Application for the post of......” so as toreach the Registrar, National Institute of Plant Health Management, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad 500 030, Telangana, within 30 days from date of publication in Employment newspaperby 5.30 p.m. in hard copy.Persons working in Govt. service should apply through proper channel only. In case it takes time to obtain clearance from the Head of Department, an advance copy of the application may be sent on or before the closing date. However the application through proper channel should reach NIPHM by the time of scrutiny, else the advance copy will not be considered.
