About NBAIM:
National Bureau of Agriculturally Important Microorganisms (NBAIM) was established through a funded project sponsored by the Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE), Ministry of Agriculture (Government of India) in the IX Plan in 2001 under the auspices of the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). Initially, the bureau started functioning at Old NBPGR Building, New Delhi and then shifted to Kusmaur, Mau Nath Bhanjan, Uttar Pradesh on 1st June, 2004.The basic goal of the Bureau is to promote and coordinate systematic and scientific research in the area of agriculturally important microorganisms (AIMs) in order to improve the agricultural productivity.

Educational Qualification:
Ph.D. in Biotechnology/ Microbiology/plant Pathology / Botany/Life Sciences OR Master`s degree in the above subjects with Ist division (60%) marks) and TWO years of research experience as evident from Fellowshin/ Associateship/ Training/other I engagements (proof of experience is essential). Desirable: Experience in lab and field Work related to microbial products/ composting/ inoculant appliiations as evident from publications.

Interested Bio-Data candidales and one set should of self-attested appear for walk-In-Interview on 13/02/2019 at 10.00 AM at ICAR-NBAIM, Mau along with their Candidate should bring original certificates and a copy of bio-data along with photocopies of certificates etc. No objection certificate from the current employer/wherever applicable for the interview.
