About Institute Of Life Sciences:
Institute of Life Sciences (ILS) is an autonomous institute located in Bhubaneswar. ILS was established on February 11, 1989. ILS will undertake basic and translational research in frontier areas of life sciences. Research will be carried out in three major areas: (a) Infectious Disease Biology, (b) Gene Function and Regulation and (c) Translational Research and Technology Development.

Educational Qualification:
Research Associate: Ph.D.in any branch of Life Sciences with expertise in the area of Immunology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology and Biochemistry. The candidates should have publications in reputed peer-reviewed journal in relevant area of expertise.
Senior Research Fellow: Candidates must hold a post graduate degree with first class in biological sciences or allied subjects and at least two years of research experience. Candidates with publication and experience in Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Immunology/ Molecular Biology will be preferred.
