Educational Qualification:
Candidates Should have Bachelor / Master of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from recognized Institute / University.

Interested candidates are hereby requested to submit their Bio-data as per the prescribed format along with self attested copies of the necessary relevant documents (candidates applying under reserved category shall need to attach a copy of their caste certificate, issued by competent authority) in hard copies during office hour (excluding Govt. holiday), in the O/o Mission Director, NHM, Tripura, Palace Compound, Agartala. Relevant Documents: Attested copies of Mark-sheet and Certificate of relevant qualification as per eligibility criteria as mentioned in the notice, attested copy of proof of date of birth (10th / Madhyamik / Secondary Certificate / graduation f masters), Experience Certificate (wherever applicable, Caste Certificate (If the candidate belongs to SC / ST / OBC category), duly filled-in Identity Card with recent passport size photograph to be enclosed with BioData.
