About NIT Calicut:
National Institute of Technology Calicut was established in the year 1961. The college imparts high standard technical education to students. National Institute of Technology Calicut offers Undergraduate courses such as Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in various engineering fields and Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.). Postgraduate courses in Master of Technology (M.Tech), Master of Computer Application (M.C.A.), Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and Master of Science (M.Sc.) in science departments. Educational Qualification:
Bachelor degree in any subject from a recognized University/Institute. At least 10 years experience in defense services or CISF b) Desirable: Training and handling emergency situation like Fire Fighting, Rescue Operations, Floods, Earthquake etc. Possessing a Diploma certificates in Security operations / Fire safety and disaster management from recognized University/Institute/reputed organization.

How to Apply:
Preference will be given to the persons who have served in the Army/Central Paramilitary Forces or such uniformed services and possessing a valid Arms license. The contract will be for one year extendable up to three years based on performance evaluation.
