About Regional Plant Resource Centre:
The Regional Plant Resource Center (RPRC) Bhubaneswar, orissa, was established in the year 1985, by State Government it become a dynamic and vibrant research organisation of the State Government with a focus on the conservation of plant biodiversity.The Centre conservative and assessment of genetic diversity of various groups of plant and its related aspects to strengthening of scientific manpower and laboratory facilities. The Center boasts of a diverse collection of Medicinal plants, bamboos, germplasm trees of rare & endangered species and unexplored forest areas of State, there are 52 species of wild fruits plant and its nutrient and antinutrient quality is being investigated.

Educational Qualification:
M.Sc in Botany/Life Science/Forestry/Biotechnology.with good academic record (For JRF) Above qualification plus two years of research experience in allied field (for SRF). B.Sc./+3 Sc.with Botany as a subject(For Field Asst.)
