About Indira Gandhi National Centre:
Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts, New Delhi (IGNCA) is an arts organization in India. It is an autonomous institution under the Union Ministry of Culture. It was established in the memory of Indira Gandhi.
IGNCA was established on 19 November 1985. Five rocks from five major rivers - Sindhu (Indus), Ganga, Kaveri, Mahanadi and the Narmada were composed into sculptural forms.
Its official goals are - to serve as a major resource centre for Indian arts, to conduct research on the arts and humanities, to establish a tribal and folk arts division; to provide a forum for dialogue through performances, exhibitions, multi-media projections, conferences, seminars and workshops on traditional and contemporary Indian arts; to interact with other national and international institutions.

12th passed plus working knowledge of Hindi and English typing on computer.

How to Apply:
Candidates are requested to attend an interview with duly filled prescribed application form supported by self-attested copies of testimonials. Practical skill test and Walk-in-interview will be held on 14.09.2017 at 11.00 a.m. in IGNCA’s Conference Hall, C.V. Mess, Janpath, New Delhi-110001. Candidates are requested to report at 10.00 a.m. with original certificates for verification of certificates and only eligible candidates will be allowed to appear for the interview.
