AIIMS Raipur is one of the SIX AIIMS healthcare institutes being established by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojna (PMSSY). With the aim of correcting regional imbalances in quality tertiary level healthcare in the country, and attaining self sufficiency in graduate and postgraduate medical education and training the PMSSY planned to set up 6 new AIIMS like institutions in under served areas of the country. Educational Qualification:
B.Sc. (Nursing) (4 year course) from a recognized Institute/ University. OR B.Sc. (Post-certificate) or equivalent such as B.Sc. Nursing (Post-basic) (2 year course) from a recognised Institute/University. Should be registered with the Indian Nursing Council/ State Nursing Council.
Experience: Three years of experience as Staff Nurse Grade-II in a minimum 100 bedded hospital/ healthcare Institute. Desirable: Ability to use computers - Hands on experience in office applications, spread sheets and presentations.
