Educational Qualification :
For Junior Foreman : Full time regular Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institution approved by NCVT or SCTE&VT.
For Mining Mate : HSC with Mining Mate Certificate of Competency & valid First Aid Certificate.
Nationality : Indian
Age Limit :
For Junior Foreman : 40 Year
For Mining Mate : 30 Year
Age of Relaxation :
OBC Candidates : 3 years
SC/ST Candidates : 5 years
Job Location : Odisha

Candidates belonging to General/OBC have to pay Rs. 50/- through Bank Draft/ Demand Draft drawn in favour of National Aluminium Company Limited, Alumina Refinery payable at Damanjodi, Odisha, 763008. SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen are exempted from the payment of fee.
