Science is the interesting subject, but students have to remember everything in it during exams. Boosting health science interest among students is critical to learning. Teachers in the health science field devote their careers to opening the minds of pupils, so it is essential that they choose the right exercises. Valuable educational activities should include exploring the five senses and subjects related to modern culture. Teachers has to take care about students activities and there mind set during implementing these programmes.

Test for your senses:
Fruit testing is a beneficial educational activity in exploring the relationship between touch, taste and smell. Divide students into groups of "tasters" and "testers." Present the testers with small pieces of fruit and have them apply blindfolds to the tasters. The testers will then offer each piece of fruit to the blindfolded participants and allow them to taste it. This activity explores health science and allows students to determine sensations that were strongest, those that were most or least recognizable and why.

Rating the Pulse:
Soccer and kickball are great exercises for marathon testing.  Marathon testing allows students to study pulse rates before and after exercise to determine recovery times,  Set up relay races, rope climbing and jungle gym exercises or push-up contests. Afterwards, have students retest their pulse. These health science activities open up questions such as "What does heart rate have to do with fitness?" and "How can I maintain a healthy pulse?"

Research on your food intake:
Obesity research can involve the study of tissue mutation with the help of microscope.
Advanced educational activities can also incorporate cultural issues, such as obesity. Assign students to make "hormone-receptor models," to analyze and determine how hormones attach to certain receptors before cellular response. Teachers can introduce key terms, such as the endocrine system, leptin and tissue. Obesity research exercises are also beneficial for illustrating how hormones and genes can affect appetite. In the end, this activity also opens up discussion about food intake and how the body stores and breaks down food in the body.
