KNOW ABOUT AP - EAMCET EXAMINATION – 2016:
  • Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada on behalf of APSCHE.
  • The Andhra Pradesh AP EAMCET 2015 Syllabus, for AP Eamcet 2015 Engineering, Agriculture and Medical syllabus includes the syllabus of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany and Zoology subjects like all other Engineering, Agriculture and Medical exams.
  • It will be helpful for the students which means before starting the preparation they should know what are the subjects are included.
THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ARE:
  • You must successfully qualify the final Intermediate Examination (10+2) with the subjects are Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology.
  • You must be above the age of 16 years, in order to be Eligible for this exam.
  • Qualify the Medical entrance test general category candidates secure not less than 50% marks (40 % for SC, ST and OBC candidates).
  • Candidate should be belongs to state of TS / AP. Even other state people can also write the exam however you will be treated no local and eligibility for the same will be on non local method.
  • Reservation of seats for women:
  • There shall be reservation of 33% i.e. 1/3rd of the seats in favour of women candidates in each course and in each category (OC/SC/ST/BC/CAP/NCC/SP/PH).
 
ADMISSION PROCEDURE OF AP- EAMCET:
  • Andhra Pradesh EAMCET or AP EAMCET 2016 is the state level Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Examination. The Andhra Pradesh EAMCET has started from the year 2015 onwards.
  • The candidate can get their application form through the online mode. The application forms are available from the month of February & the last date for filling the application form will be the month of April. Candidates can fill their application form and after filling all their details move to the fees payment.
 

 

HOW TO PAY THE FEE FOR EAMCET IN ANDHRA PRADESH:

  • The candidates can pay their fees by using credit/debit card or through bank challan. The application form fees is Rs. 250/- for engineering, Agriculture & Medical. However the Fees for Eamcet-2016 is not yet decided so keep watching manabadi for latest fee and other details of Eamcet 2016
EXAMINATION PATTERN OF AP EAMET:
 
  • The Duration of EAMCET in Telangana  Exam to be of 3 hours. The exam has 160 Multiple Choice 0Questions (40 questions from each section of Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, mathematics and Botany). For Each correct answer candidate Score 1 mark & no negative marking is deducted for incorrect response. multiple marking responces is to be avoided.
HOW TO CALCULATE THE AP- EAMCET RANK:
  • Calculation of EAMCET RANK Involves 75% Weight age marks given to EAMCET, & 25% marks scored in relevant subject group of the qualifying examination
CRETERIA OF RANKING FOR AP EAMCET:
  • The candidates who have secured qualifying entrance test marks in AP state EAMCET 2015 & belonging to him/her category of Scheduled Caste. Assigned ranking in the order of merit on the basis of combined score obtained. The score is used to determined by the following formula is 75% Weight age marks given to EAMCET, &  25% marks scored in relevant  group subjects, which includes mathematics for engineering, Biology for Agriculture & Medical 
  • In the case of more than one student get same score, the rank will be decided by the following steps
  1. Total marks secured in AP EAMCET.
  2. Marks scored in mathematics (for Engg) / Biology (for Agri & Med) in AP EAMCET Results.
  3. Marks get in physics in Andhra Pradesh EAMCET.
  4. The percentage of aggregate marks scored in the qualifying examination.
  5. 5. If still tie the score, it will be decided based on the date of birth the older being given concert over the younger.
ANDHRA PRADESH  EAMCET COUNSELLING PROCESS:
  • The candidates who will qualify in the AP EAMCET will be called for the Andhra Pradesh Eamcet counselling . AP EAMCET Counselling Required Documents:
  • SSC(10th ) Marks sheet.
  • Intermediate certificate or Equivalents (NIOS or other).
  • Transfer certificate from college (TC).

  • Income certificate issued from meeseva centers by MRO .
  • Caste certificate for only Bc, Sc, St And Minorities candidates only.

  • Andhra Pradesh Eamcet Counselling fee for OC, OBC students is Rs.900 and for SC, ST students is Rs.450

  • You can enter the options from home or any internet cafe with the help of your filled in manual option form

EXPECTED RESULTS OF ANDHRA PRADESH EAMCET FOR THE YEAR 2016:
  • The Eamcet results will be available to the candidates in the last week of May 2016.

STATISTICS OF 2015 EAMCET  AP RESULTS:
  • AP - EAMCET results released by Minister for higher education Ganta Srinivasa Rao and Minister for Health Kamineni Srinivas Garu According to the info as per AP EAMCET Board.
  • In the engineering stream, out of 1,70,681 aspirants, only 1,62,817 appeared while 1,26,053 qualified with a total pass percentage of 77.42. Among them, out of 64,576 girls, 50,521 qualified with a pass percentage of 82.36 while boys got a pass percentage of 74.44.
  • In the medical stream, out of 84,732 students registered, only 81,010 appeared while 72,820 qualified with a pass percentage of 89.89. Among them, out of 53,720 girls registered, 51,495 appeared while 47,001 qualified with a pass percentage of 91.27 while boys got a pass percentage of 87.48.
